ज्या apec ला मी मनापासून dedicated  होतो , त्या apec ने या सीसन ला मात्र माझी साफ़ निराशा केली.
खुप स्वप्ने पाहिली होती की या वेळी आपण काहीतरी छान, नविन असे उपक्रम करुया, पण तसे काहीच झाले नाही.
 learner  तर सोडाच पण apecites ना पण या वेळी काहीच उत्साह नव्हता.

अवनीश,नीरज,संकल्प  चा हा शेवट चा apec सीसन होता...
 मला त्यांच्यासाठी मनापासून एक खुप चांगला apec सीसन गिफ्ट करायचा होता. पण......

हा संपूर्ण apec सीसन च जाम कंटाळवाणा गेला. आणि सगळ्यात खटकणारी गोष्ट म्हणजे काही apecites चा dominance ...

learners ना जणू काही वाटत असेल की आपण का आलो आहोत इथे....
learners मधले potential शोधून त्याला मोकळी वाट करून देण्याच काम apecites नी करायला हवे, त्याना त्यांच्या चूका आत्ताच लक्षात घेउन , त्या दूर करायला हव्यात.

 अर्थात, मी ही एक apecite च आहे, त्यामुले ही गोष्ट मलाही लागू होते...मी पुढच्या apec सीसन पासून स्वताला खुप improve करण्याचा प्रयत्न करणार आहे .

Perticularly, in this session of APEC, I found that the interest of the learners and the cheering nature of the apecites, was quite lost.
This is a big reason to worry...!!!

I am trying my best to re-generate the keen interest in the learners. For that, I was trying to implement new ideas like on-stage drama, etc. but it failed to eliminate the dull-ness from the faces of the learners.

    From next January, APEC is going to start again. I hope that it will get a huge support and most important, the great interest, with which, the APEC was started.........
